since our inception in 2002, growth has been an amazing journey for Aludecor
Lamination Pvt. Ltd. We are a part of the HMB Group, set up in
1982, with an annual turnover of over 50 million dollars and a wide
range of successful businesses in segments like manufacturing,
marketing, export and import of aluminium composite panels, textile
yarns and garments.
Manufacturing Aluminium Composite Panels
(ACP) and Coated Coils, Aludecor virtually has a pan-Indian presence
with Head Office in Kolkata and Regional Offices in New Delhi, Mumbai
and Bengaluru. Our network is also backed up by Branch Offices in Noida,
Pune and Chennai and a workstation in Haridwar with production and
warehousing facility spread over 8,500 sq mts. For a nation with a
growth projection of 9.4 % we are truly keeping up.
The secret
to our success is our two Ps - product and people. Aludecor's
ACPs are born out of days of research and innovation from our employees.
Modern, out-of-the-box and created with dedication our ACPs are being
exported to foreign shores regularly.

Equipment
All machines/ equipments we use for production are
high quality imported machines from Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China,
etc.
Production Unit
The manufacture of
Aludecor's ACPs involves the following three unique processes:
- Pre-treatment of the surface of Aluminium Coil.
- Surface Coating of Pre-treated Aluminium Coil.
- Lamination of
Aluminium Coil on both the sides of core before cutting it to size.
The Pre-treatment
Line
Aludecore has a dedicated area for its pre- treatment
process. The procedure starts with pre-treatment of the coil and getting
rid of all dust, oils and greases from its surface. Thanks to the
pre-treatment the surface becomes glossier and achromaties it more for
better adhesion of the coating paint to the surface. Our pre-treatment
process differs from competitors in the following ways, and makes our
ACPs far superior:
- Unlike other ACP manufacturers, we use Alkaline Solution (Ridoline-1500) from Hankel, Germany to clean the strip. Alkaline solution which is thrice as expensive as acidic solutions, removes impurities like silicon, magnesium, iron, copper, dust etc. The alkaline methodology spreads better and confirms to micro etching system ensuring lesser and even removal of the top metal layer
- For better coating
adhesion, Aludecor ensures that the coil is coated with concentrated
chrome solution (Alodine 1500) form Henkel (Germany)
Coating Line
The
Coating line has a coating speed of 20-25 meters per minute taking coil
thickness of 0.06 mm to 0.60 mm. The machine is suitable for both
polyester and PVDF coatings.
Our Steel Roller Coating System also
gives a better and smooth finish.
Lamination Line
In
this process the online extruded PE sheet is laminated with coated
Aluminium Coil on either side.
We have a highly advanced
Aluminium Polythene Compound sheet production line from Taiwan. The
imported production line guarantees absolute stability in quality as
lamination technology in our line differs from others. After extruding
the PE sheet, it is being given breathing time to settle and stabilize
its molecules and then passed through IR heater before compounding the
Aluminium Coil from both sides of PE. It gives higher bonding strength
and best flatness.
